Vivian Li

Nouvelle Garde internship

Montreal, February 2nd, 2022 – perte de signal is proud to welcome emerging artist Vivian Li for an internship as part of the Nouvelle Garde program, initiated by le Conseil des arts de Montréal and Carrefour jeunesse-emploi (CJE) in partnership with RBC Fondation.

Vivian Li will be at the center until next June in order to acquire organizational and professional skills in the field of digital arts. She will develop communication skills through various platforms used by perte de signal and through the deployment of new strategies aiming to improve the discoverability of artists’ content.

In addition to the communication part, she will also be involved in mediation activities for the Kidzlab festival and will participate in the creation of SYNTHONE, in collaboration with other artist-members of the center. This project will be presented next spring at the park Frédéric-Back.

Finally, this internship will allow her to begin her professional integration by projecting herself into the heart of the Montreal digital arts ecosystem.
